Mumbai, August 20: Actress Ahana Kumra recently visited the Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Varanasi with her family and friends. On Thursday, she shared glimpses of this spiritual journey on the social media platform X. She expressed gratitude to her friends for making this special trip possible.
In a video posted on Instagram, Ahana is seen with her parents, actor Sunny Hinduj, and his wife Shinjini Rawal. She revealed that her father’s ancestral home is in Kashi, making the visit even more meaningful.
Ahana wrote, “Some journeys are not just trips; they are blessings. I had the opportunity to seek blessings from Mahadev at Kashi Vishwanath with my parents during the month of Shravan.”
She shared that visiting her ancestral home in Kashi revived her father’s cherished memories. “Since my father has a house in Varanasi, his childhood came alive before our eyes. Seeing my father so happy made this journey even more special. Exploring, praying, and creating such beautiful memories with him felt like the best gift from above.”
Ahana also thanked actor Sunny Hinduj, his wife Shinjini Rawal, Abhishek Jalan, and Suchi Jaggi Kapoor for contributing to the success of her trip. She added, “And this all happened on my nephew’s birthday, which felt even more magical. I am deeply grateful to all of you and to the divine. Some blessings should be cherished in the heart forever. Har Har Mahadev.”
Ahana Kumra hails from a distinguished family. Her father, Sushil Kumra, is a former vice president of Lupin Limited, a well-known pharmaceutical company, while her mother, Suresh Kumra, is a former DSP from Varanasi and has been honored with a presidential medal.
