Mumbai, August 28: Actress Sushmita Sen is celebrating her youngest daughter Alisha Sen’s birthday today. To mark this special occasion, Sushmita shared a heartfelt post dedicated to her daughter, praising Alisha’s simplicity and character.
On Instagram, Sushmita posted several pictures of Alisha alongside her older sister, Renee Sen, and other family members. In her birthday message, she wrote, “Happy Birthday, Alisha Sen! You are beautiful, wise, kind, and generous, a precious gift from God that I received 17 years ago. I named you ‘God’s priceless gift.’”
Sushmita expressed her admiration for Alisha, noting how she continues to blossom over time. She added, “Alisha, as time passes, I see the personality behind your name. It fills me with joy to know that you will be a gift to this world and all of humanity. I take pride in who you are and the grace you embody. Your simplicity amazes me. Love you so much.”
Sushmita Sen, a single mother, adopted two daughters and has raised them on her own. She adopted Renee in 2000 and Alisha in 2010.
Renee, Sushmita’s elder daughter, is also talented and has appeared in the short film ‘Suttabazi.’ In this 13-minute film, she showcased her acting skills and is expected to feature in several upcoming projects.
Alisha, on the other hand, prefers to stay out of the limelight and is currently studying at a boarding school in Switzerland for higher education.
