With this victory, Team India secured a spot in the finals, where they will face New Zealand on March 8. Indian captain Surya Kumar admitted to feeling quite nervous during the match.
In this encounter, India batted first, scoring 253 runs while losing 7 wickets. England responded with a valiant effort, managing 246 runs but ultimately fell short.
