The SBI PO Prelims exam was conducted on 2, 4, and 5 August 2025 at various centres across the country. This recruitment drive aims to fill a large number of posts. If you appeared for this exam, you can check your result easily by following the method given below.

Find the link for ‘PO Preliminary Exam Result’ and click on it.
You will be redirected to the login page.
Enter your registration number and date of birth, then click on submit.
Your SBI PO Preliminary Exam Result PDF will appear, where you can search for your roll number.
SBI PO Recruitment 2025 Posts
Through the SBI PO recruitment process, candidates will be appointed to a total of 541 posts. Out of these, 203 posts are for the general category, 135 for OBC, 50 for EWS, 37 for SC, and 75 for ST candidates. There are 500 regular posts and 41 backlog vacancies.
What Happens After the SBI PO Prelims Exam?
The SBI PO recruitment process includes three stages: prelims, mains, and a psychometric test (group exercise and interview). Candidates will be shortlisted for the mains exam based on their prelims performance. Those who qualify in the mains will be called for the psychometric test. The final category-wise merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained in the examination. However, there will be no category-wise cut-off in the prelims.
