Sanjay Jha Criticizes Tejashwi Yadavs March as Politically Motivated

Patna, August 20: Sanjay Jha, the national executive president of JD(U) and Rajya Sabha MP, has sharply criticized Tejashwi Yadav, the leader of the opposition in the Bihar Assembly, for his recent march. Jha stated that the issue, stemming from a student movement, has already been resolved, but Yadav is attempting to exploit it for political gain.

Jha remarked, “I have previously mentioned that they are trying to turn a non-issue into a topic of discussion. The matter has already been settled, yet they are trying to use it for political advantage, which has completely failed.”

He added, “This is their part-time approach to politics. It is essential for a strong opposition leader to raise pertinent issues for the state, but they have consistently failed in this regard.”

Jha emphasized that Yadav should focus on his party. He noted that even Yadav’s party legislators feel uncertain about their future in the current political climate. “I believe the Bihar government has managed this situation commendably, and the Chief Minister’s oversight and actions deserve praise. Significant steps have been taken in the education sector in Bihar. Nitish Kumar has already implemented numerous reforms, with more still in progress,” he stated.

Commenting on Yadav filming videos in front of the BJP office, Jha said, “This is low-level politics. He should present solid arguments. He even jumped into the water to make videos. The election results are evident. The people of Bihar have completely rejected him. Therefore, he should engage with the public to understand why he was rejected.”

Regarding the Congress party’s refusal to sing the full ‘Vande Mataram‘ song, Jha asserted, “The national anthem has been passed by Parliament. Therefore, everyone should respect it. No one is above this. Everyone must operate within the law.”
