RCF Limited Opens Applications for 326 Apprentice Positions, Deadline September 20

Mumbai, September 4 (Daily Kiran) : Individuals looking to kickstart their professional careers have a significant opportunity with RCF Limited. The National Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCF) has announced openings for 326 apprentice positions across various roles. The available positions include 145 for unreserved candidates, 32 for Scheduled Castes (SC), 29 for Scheduled Tribes (ST), 88 for Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL), and 32 for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).

The 326 vacancies consist of 145 Graduate Apprentices, 105 Technician Apprentices, and 76 Trade Apprentices. Within the Graduate Apprentice category, there are 50 positions for Accounts Executives, 60 for Secretarial Assistants, and 35 for Recruitment Executives in Human Resources.

For the Technician Apprentice roles, the openings include 20 in Diploma Chemical, 15 in Diploma Civil, 10 in Diploma Computer, 20 in Diploma Electrical, 20 in Diploma Instrumentation, and 20 in Diploma Mechanical. The Trade Apprentice positions feature 50 for Attendant Operators (Chemical Plant), 4 for Instrument Mechanics (Chemical Plant), 6 for Laboratory Assistants (Chemical Plant), 2 for Boiler Attendants, 6 for Electricians, 6 for Horticulture Assistants, and 2 for Medical Laboratory Technicians (Pathology).

The application process for these apprentice positions began on September 4 at 8 AM, with a deadline set for September 20. Interested candidates can apply for Trade Apprentice roles through the NAPS portal, while Graduate and Technician Apprentice applications should be submitted via the official NATs portal. Applicants must complete their registration by 5 PM on the final date.

Candidates applying for Graduate Apprentice positions should possess a degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field, along with basic English and computer skills. For Technician Apprentices, a relevant engineering diploma is required, while Trade Apprentices must have completed their 12th grade with a focus on Science or a BSc with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.

The minimum age for applicants is set at 18, and the maximum age is 25, calculated as of September 1, 2026. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection of eligible candidates will be based on a merit list and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend ranging from ₹14,600 to ₹17,300, depending on their designated role.
