Patna, June 15: The controversy between Khan Global Studies and Gyaan Bindu Coaching Center in Bihar’s capital, Patna, shows no signs of abating. Raushan Anand, the director of Gyaan Bindu Coaching Center, was released from jail on bail on Monday.
Upon his release, Anand made several allegations against the well-known teacher, Khan Sir, also known as Faizal Khan. He claimed that a conspiracy led to the murder of his brother. “Why was nothing done to my brother when I was outside? As soon as I went to jail, my brother Prince was murdered. This is a conspiracy,” he stated.
An emotional Raushan Anand further expressed, “Faizal Khan has lied so much that I can’t even describe it. He did everything while remaining free, and we were sent to jail. We were innocent and framed. My brother is gone. Everything is over.”
Earlier, Anand received significant relief in connection with the alleged attack and shooting incident outside Khan Institute. On Monday, a hearing took place in Patna Civil Court, where lawyers from both sides presented their arguments. Following the hearing, the court granted bail to Raushan Anand.
This case is linked to the alleged firing and scuffle outside Faizal Khan’s coaching institute. Following this incident, Raushan Anand was named as an accused and arrested, spending time in judicial custody. Meanwhile, his brother Prince was found dead under suspicious circumstances in a hotel in Nepal. Police recovered his body on Sunday.
