New Delhi, February 22: BJP leader Syed Shah Nawaz Hussain has backed Union Home Minister Amit Shah‘s statement regarding the end of Naxalism in the country. He asserted that Naxalism is now in its final phase and will soon be completely eradicated due to the central government’s stringent policies.

In an interview with a news agency, he emphasized that the Home Minister has made it clear that strict actions will also be taken against infiltrators, ensuring they are not allowed to reside on Indian soil.

Hussain stated that infiltrators should return to their own countries, as there will be no compromise on India’s security and sovereignty. He also mentioned that after the formation of the BJP government in Assam, a decisive agenda to eliminate Naxalism will be included in the next five-year plan.

Responding to protests by Youth Congress workers during the India AI Summit, Hussain described the event held in Delhi as highly successful, concluding with the slogan ‘AI for All.’ He noted that CEOs from major global companies and leaders from various countries participated, showcasing India’s strong presence on the world stage.

He accused the Congress party of attempting to sabotage this significant event. Previously, Rahul Gandhi had tried to damage India’s image abroad, and now he is doing the same within the country.

Hussain called for strict action against Congress workers, suggesting that even the imposition of the National Security Act (NSA) should be considered. He clarified that being an opposition leader does not equate to opposing the nation. He claimed that leaders from opposition parties like the Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party have condemned Congress’s behavior, urging the party to apologize to the nation.

On the SIR process, the BJP leader stated that it is a necessary and transparent procedure aimed at purifying the voter list. He pointed out that previously, names of deceased individuals remained on the voter list, raising concerns about fraudulent voting. The SIR process is addressing such discrepancies. He clarified that no legitimate voter’s name has been removed, and the goal is to make the electoral system fairer and more transparent.
