Ramgarh, June 16: A shocking incident unfolded in Ramgarh district when the bodies of two young men were discovered about 200 meters from a four-lane road in the Bhadaninagar OP area on Tuesday. The deceased have been identified as Amarjeet Bhuiyan and Sonu Kumar, residents of Saunda D Jayanagar. While local residents suspect foul play, police are initially investigating the case as a potential road accident.
The true cause of death will be determined based on the post-mortem report and other evidence. According to reports, villagers found the bodies in a field near the four-lane road at Bangadadha. The discovery triggered panic in the surrounding area, prompting a large number of locals and the victims’ families to rush to the scene. Bhadaninagar OP in-charge Akhtar Ali arrived with police forces to inspect the site and sent the bodies for post-mortem.
Authorities have begun questioning nearby residents. Initial investigations suggest that the case may be linked to a road accident. It is suspected that the two young men were traveling in a vehicle that lost control and veered off the road into the field. Their deaths may have resulted from colliding with a tree in the area. However, no trace of the vehicle involved in the accident has been found so far. A significant question remains: how did the two men end up in the field?
Villagers argue that if it were a road accident, there should be evidence of a motorcycle or other vehicles nearby, but none have been recovered. This has led many locals to believe it could be a murder case. The police are actively gathering evidence from the surrounding areas, searching for the possible vehicle, and connecting the dots through technical investigations. The post-mortem report will ultimately clarify whether the young men’s deaths were accidental or part of a criminal conspiracy.
