Indore, July 11: Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced a significant achievement in Madhya Pradesh’s primary education sector, stating that the drop-out rate has reached zero. Speaking at the Hindu Rakshak Punyoday Project event in Indore, he emphasized that education is the most powerful means of societal change.
“Our government is committed to providing world-class education to children. We want them to excel in academics and progress in life,” Yadav stated. He highlighted ongoing efforts to deliver quality, employment-oriented, and value-based education in line with the National Education Policy 2020. Institutions like Sandipani School, PM Shri School, and Prime Minister College of Excellence are emerging as educational hubs in the state.
Yadav declared that Madhya Pradesh has achieved a historic milestone by eliminating the drop-out rate in primary education. He noted that the Sandipani School model is receiving national acclaim. This year, government schools have outperformed private institutions in board examinations.
He revealed that 58 students from Sandipani Schools made it to the state merit list in the recent board results. Under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Yadav stressed that national interest takes precedence over politics, fostering numerous initiatives for social reform and public inspiration. He also paid tribute to the late Laxman Singh Gaur, founder of the Hindu Rakshak Organization, who was a source of inspiration for the youth.
Yadav reflected on his privilege to have been an ally in the fight against the previous government’s misgovernance for the betterment of society.
