Haryana Chief Minister Launches Auto Mutation System and Paperless Listing 2.0

Chandigarh, June 24: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini launched the Auto Mutation System and Paperless Listing 2.0 on Tuesday. This initiative is seen as a significant step towards good governance, transparency, and digital administration in the state.

Residents will no longer need to submit separate applications for land record mutations. They can now download mutation documents from the comfort of their homes.

The Chief Minister inaugurated these initiatives at an event attended by Revenue Minister Vipul Goel, Public Works Minister Ranbir Gangwa, and Additional Chief Secretary Sumita Mishra, among others. District Commissioners participated virtually.

Saini emphasized that these initiatives reflect the government’s commitment to making residents’ lives simpler and more convenient. He described them as a crucial step towards realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a developed India and a developed Haryana.

Previously, people often had to wait 1 to 2 years for mutations and other land-related services, requiring them to make repeated visits to government offices. Under Prime Minister Modi‘s leadership, the state’s ‘double engine’ government is working with transparency, accountability, and dedication to provide services in a simpler, more convenient, and timely manner.

The paperless registration system was first launched on September 29, 2025, in the Ladwa Tehsil of Kurukshetra district and was implemented across Haryana from November 1, 2025. Based on feedback received over the past eight months, the second phase—Paperless Registration 2.0—has now been initiated, integrating the mutation process with property registration.
