HAL Opens Applications for 120 Design and Management Trainee Positions

New Delhi, July 30: A fantastic opportunity has emerged for job seekers. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has officially announced the recruitment of eligible candidates for a total of 120 positions as Design Trainees and Management Trainees.

The 120 vacancies include 60 for Design Trainees and 60 for Management Trainees. Among the Design Trainee positions, there are 4 in Aeronautical, 7 in Electrical, 20 in Electronics, 3 in Instrumentation, 22 in Mechanical, 3 in Computer Science, and 1 in Metallurgy. For Management Trainees, the positions are distributed as follows: 11 in Electrical, 12 in Electronics, 27 in Mechanical, 1 in Computer Science, 2 in Metallurgy, 5 in Production, and 2 in Civil.

The online application process for these positions commenced on July 29 at 2 PM, with the last date for applications set for August 14. Candidates interested in applying can submit their registration forms on HAL’s official website before the deadline.

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering/technology field from a recognized institution or university, with a minimum score of 70%. For candidates from reserved categories, the minimum requirement is set at 60%.

The maximum age limit for applicants is 28 years, calculated based on the application deadline. Age relaxation will be provided for candidates from reserved categories as per regulations.

Selection of eligible candidates will be based on an online computer-based test, personal interview, document verification, and medical standards before employment. Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹50,000 during the training period. Upon successful completion of training, salaries will range from ₹50,000 to ₹1,60,000, along with additional benefits and allowances. Personal interviews will be conducted in Bengaluru.

While filling out the application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee online, which is set at ₹500 for General/OBC/EWS candidates. SC/ST/PWD and internal candidates are exempt from the registration fee.
