Raipur, June 8: The Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in Balod has announced vacancies for various guest lecturer positions through an official notification. A total of eight positions are available, categorized by subject.
The openings include one position each for Electrician, Machinist, Driver-cum-Mechanic, and Diesel Mechanic. Additionally, there are two positions for Workshop Calculation and Engineering Drawing, and two for Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA).
The offline application process commenced on June 2, with the deadline set for June 19. Interested candidates must submit their application forms via speed post or registered mail to the following address: Office of the Principal/Nodal Officer, Government Industrial Training Institute, Balod District, Balod, Pin Code 491226, by 5:30 PM on the final date.
Applicants should possess a minimum of 10th grade or equivalent from a recognized institution/board/university, along with relevant qualifications such as NTC/NAC/ITI in the respective trade from NCVT/SCVT. For Driver-cum-Mechanic and Diesel Mechanic positions, a valid LMV driving license is required, while COPA candidates should have a BCA/PGDCA or equivalent.
Selection will be based on a merit list derived from technical qualification scores and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹140 per hour, with a maximum of five hours per day, totaling a maximum monthly salary of ₹15,000.
