
New Delhi, May 30: Goa, rich in natural beauty and cultural heritage, is celebrating its Statehood Day today. On this occasion, several leaders, including Union Home Minister Amit Shah, extended their best wishes to the people of the state. Shah remarked that Goa presents a form of Indian hospitality to the world, bringing both development and pride to the nation.
In a post on the social media platform X, Amit Shah wrote, “Warm wishes to the brothers and sisters of Goa on the occasion of Statehood Day. A grand confluence of cultures and heritage, Goa showcases a form of Indian hospitality that brings both development and pride to the nation. I pray for the continued prosperity of the state.”
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath also shared his greetings on X, stating, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all Goans on the Statehood Day of this culturally rich and naturally beautiful state. Under the successful guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the leadership of Chief Minister Pramod Sawant, I hope this renowned tourist destination reaches new heights of development and prosperity.”
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta posted, “On the occasion of Goa Statehood Day, I extend my warm greetings to all citizens of Goa.
