DJI Osmo Pocket 4 Pro Leaked Image Reveals Key Differences Ahead of Launch

Mumbai, April 14: DJI is preparing to unveil the Osmo Pocket 4 on April 16. However, a recent leak has drawn attention to the Pro model. An image circulating online reportedly shows the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro alongside the standard version, highlighting noticeable differences between the two.

The photo, shared by tipster Igor Bogdanov, provides insight into DJI’s upcoming developments. The standard model retains its familiar single-camera setup, while the Pro version features an additional lens.

The second camera is the focal point of interest. The module on the Pro appears larger and slightly heavier at the top, likely due to the extra lens and gimbal hardware.

Previous reports suggested that the standard model would support 2x in-sensor zoom and up to 4x digital zoom. If accurate, the Pro version might include a telephoto lens, potentially offering around 3x optical zoom. This enhancement would provide creators with greater flexibility for tighter framing without relying heavily on digital zoom.

While the image does not reveal much beyond the dual-lens design, it is slightly blurry, and no clear markings are visible near the lenses. Thus, much of this information remains speculative.

Regarding the release timeline, the Pro model is expected to debut later. Current leaks indicate a late spring launch window, suggesting that DJI intends to stagger the releases rather than announce both models simultaneously.

At this stage, it is still early, and plans may change. However, this single image suggests that DJI is steering the Pocket series towards a more versatile, camera-centric approach rather than maintaining its simplicity. More details are anticipated once the standard model is officially launched.
