
New Delhi, July 1: A golden opportunity has emerged for those seeking employment at a government university. The Department of Anthropology at Delhi University (DU) has issued an official notification inviting applications for 13 temporary project staff positions at the ‘Center for Tribal Studies.’ These roles are available on a contract basis for a duration of six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and further needs from the Ministry of Panchayati Raj.
The vacancies announced by DU include one Research Associate, two Research Assistants, and ten Field Investigators. The online application process began on June 25, and the deadline to apply is set for July 16. Applicants for the Research Associate position must hold a postgraduate degree in any social science subject with at least 55% marks from a recognized institution or university, along with a NET/MPhil/PhD qualification and a minimum of two years of research experience as a Research Assistant in any project.
