Delhi Police Achieves Top Rank for Sixth Consecutive Time in Digital Performance

New Delhi, May 1: The Delhi Police has once again demonstrated its dominance in technology-driven policing and data management. With a perfect score of 100% on the CCNTS Progress Dashboard, the Delhi Police has secured the top position among all states and union territories in the country. Notably, this achievement marks the sixth consecutive time that the Delhi Police has reached this milestone.

Previously, the Delhi Police achieved a 100% score for three consecutive months in October, November, and December 2025. They maintained their top position in January and February 2026, and once again in March 2026, showcasing their continuous excellence in digital policing and data management.

This success is attributed to the effective implementation of the ‘New Justice Code’ and the enhanced utilization of national e-governance platforms such as CCNTS (Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and Systems) and ICJS (Interoperable Criminal Justice System).

The Progress Dashboard, monitored by the Ministry of Home Affairs and the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), evaluates states and union territories based on several key criteria. These include police station connectivity, establishment of disaster recovery centers, data entry quality, migration of legacy data, synchronization of data between state and national data centers, electronic submission of FIRs in courts, citizen services, and regular review meetings of ICJS.

The achievement of the Delhi Police can be credited to the CCNTS team within the Crime Branch. This team has consistently monitored data quality, coordinated in real-time with districts and police stations, resolved technical issues promptly, and provided regular training to officials.

The efforts of police personnel across all districts have also played a crucial role in this success. They adhered to deadlines, updated investigation-related records on time, digitized data, and maintained effective coordination with technical teams.

Key figures in this achievement include DCP/CCNTS Aditya Gautam, ACP/CCNTS Mukesh Rathi, and Inspector Rajiv Srivastava, who facilitated this success through strategic guidance and improved coordination.

Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha congratulated all districts, units, and the CCNTS team, praising their hard work, professionalism, and teamwork. He emphasized the importance of maintaining such high standards to further strengthen technology-based and citizen-centric policing.

The Delhi Police is committed to continuing to provide safe and improved services to the public through modern technology and better processes in the future.
