CM Yogi Assures Public Support Amid Adverse Weather Conditions

Gorakhpur, July 11: In a demonstration of his commitment to public service, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a ‘Janata Darshan’ on Saturday, despite adverse weather conditions. He met with individuals who traveled from far and wide to the Gorakhnath Temple to voice their concerns.

During the interactions, CM Yogi reassured attendees, stating, “Do not worry; every problem will be addressed, and the government will provide ample support.” He instructed the officials present to pay sensitive attention to each individual’s issues and ensure timely and transparent resolutions. Additionally, he ordered strict action against land grabbers who encroach on the properties of the poor.

Due to the rain, the ‘Janata Darshan’ was relocated to the Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan auditorium within the Gorakhnath Temple complex for the convenience of the public. CM Yogi listened to the grievances of around 250 individuals and directed officials to resolve their issues. He personally approached those seated to understand their pain and assured them that all problems would be resolved.

Some women reported land encroachments by relatives, while others cited issues with local strongmen. In response, CM Yogi instructed officials to conduct fair resolutions after surveying and investigating family land disputes. He emphasized that if any strongman had illegally seized land from the poor, stringent legal action should be taken.

As is customary, some attendees sought financial assistance for treating serious illnesses. CM Yogi directed officials to expedite the hospital estimate process for these cases and send it to the government. Adequate funds will be allocated from the Chief Minister‘s discretionary fund for medical treatment.

During his visit to the Gorakhnath Temple, CM Yogi also engaged in traditional practices, seeking blessings from Guru Gorakhnath and his late mentor, Mahant Avedyanath. He participated in cow service at the temple’s gaushala, personally feeding the cows with jaggery and bread, showcasing his affection for the animals.
