Bhopal, October 12 (DailyKiran) — Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will on Sunday transfer ₹1,541 crore as the 29th installment of the Ladli Behna Yojana directly into the bank accounts of around 1.26 crore beneficiaries across the state. The event is being held at the Mela Ground in Sheopur district.

During the programme, the Chief Minister will also inaugurate and lay the foundation stones for various development projects worth over ₹559 crore. This includes ₹98.87 crore worth of completed works and ₹460.40 crore for new projects in Sheopur district.
According to Public Relations Officer Avantika Jaiswal, Chief Minister Yadav will also distribute benefits to eligible citizens under several welfare schemes during the event. As part of the state government’s ongoing efforts towards women empowerment, cheques amounting to ₹30.12 crore will be handed over to women from self-help groups operating under NRLM (National Rural Livelihood Mission) as CCL (Cash Credit Limit) assistance.
In addition, beneficiaries will receive benefits under multiple government initiatives, including the Milch Cow Competition Award Scheme, Acharya Vidyasagar Cow Conservation Scheme, PM Micro Food Enterprise Upgradation Scheme, Mukhyamantri Jan-Kalyan Sambal Yojana, PM Matsya Sampada Yojana, National Child Health Programme (Free Treatment Initiative), Mukhyamantri Kalyan Vivah Sahayata Yojana, and the Divyang Vivah Protsahan Yojana.
