Hyderabad, June 22: The makers of the upcoming action film Mega158, directed by Bobby Kolli, announced on Monday that the second shooting schedule has commenced in Hyderabad. Megastar Chiranjeevi stars in the lead role.
Film producer KVN Productions shared on their Twitter account that the project is moving rapidly towards an exciting new chapter, showcasing the beautiful landscapes of Pollachi. Chiranjeevi is transforming every shot into a celebration.
For those unfamiliar, the unit recently wrapped up its first schedule in Pollachi, Tamil Nadu. Last Thursday, director Bobby Kolli announced the successful completion of the first schedule on his Twitter account, stating that an exciting segment of Mega158 had been beautifully crafted, with more thrilling updates on the way.
The Pollachi schedule began just last week, featuring Chiranjeevi and the main cast as they filmed crucial scenes for the movie.
Actress Answara Rajan has recently joined the film’s team. The producers have also confirmed that renowned music director Thaman will compose the film’s score, while popular cinematographer Vijay Kartik Kannan, known for his impressive work in films like ‘Jailer’, ‘Daku Maharaj’, and the upcoming ‘Jailer 2’, will handle cinematography.
Art direction is managed by Kolla Avinash, and editing is being done by Anthony Ruben.
Since its announcement on Chiranjeevi’s birthday last year, the film has generated significant buzz. Recently, Chiranjeevi shared a video of himself sweating it out in the gym, preparing for his much-anticipated role.
On his Facebook timeline, he expressed his excitement for another memorable journey with his beloved director Bobby, stating that every day presents another opportunity to push boundaries. The inauguration ceremony took place on May 21.
Once again, Chiranjeevi collaborates with successful filmmaker Bobby Kolli for a high-voltage entertainer, supported by the prestigious KVN Productions and produced by Venkata Narayana.
