Muzaffarpur, April 9: In response to a statement from BJP National President Nitin Naveen, Bihar Sanskrit Education Board President Mrityunjay Jha spoke with a news agency about the deteriorating situation in Bengal under Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.
Mrityunjay Jha stated that various riots and incidents are a constant occurrence, and there has been no development to speak of. He emphasized that the message from their national president is clear: the people of Bengal can expect relief from this pressure. He noted that Mamata Banerjee has not understood the commitment behind the establishment of the Bharatiya Jana Sangh by Syama Prasad Mukherjee.
He recalled that when atrocities were committed against 1 million Hindus in Bengal, it was out of sorrow that Syama Prasad Mukherjee founded the Jana Sangh. According to Jha, the current situation in Bengal, caused by Mamata Banerjee, is about to change, bringing peace and stability to the region.
He further remarked on the end of the jungle raj that once plagued Bihar, stating that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the state has progressed. He expressed confidence that Bengal will also advance under Modi’s guidance, allowing its residents to breathe easy in the future with a BJP government.
