BJP Unveils Major Campaign Strategy for West Bengal Elections

Kolkata, March 19: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has rolled out an extensive campaign plan ahead of the West Bengal Assembly elections. According to party sources, this time, the BJP aims to leverage its top leaders for large-scale public engagement and show of strength.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to participate in a total of 14 events across the state. These will include public rallies and grand roadshows aimed at conveying messages to voters. Meanwhile, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will take part in 8 events, which also feature roadshows and public meetings. Shah’s focus is expected to be on strengthening the organization and activating grassroots workers.

Additionally, BJP National President Nitin Gadkari will address 7 public meetings throughout the state, while Union Minister J.P. Nadda will work to create a favorable atmosphere for the party through 6 public gatherings. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also engage in 8 events in Bengal, which will include roadshows and public meetings. Actor-turned-politician Mithun Chakraborty will play an active role in this electoral campaign, participating in 10 events, including roadshows and public rallies.

This campaign strategy clearly indicates that the BJP is determined to exert maximum effort in West Bengal this time. Through continuous rallies, roadshows, and public meetings, the party aims to strengthen its foothold and achieve power in the state.

It is noteworthy that the West Bengal Assembly elections will occur in two phases. The first phase will see voting on April 23 for 152 assembly seats, while the second phase will take place on April 29 for 142 assembly seats. The election results will be announced on May 4.
