BJP Strengthens Organization Ahead of 2027 Elections in Uttar Pradesh

Lucknow, August 30: As preparations for the 2027 assembly elections intensify, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is focusing on strengthening its organization at the booth level in Uttar Pradesh.

During his first visit to Lucknow as the newly appointed National General Secretary, Harish Dwivedi urged party workers to bolster the organization with full vigor. He emphasized the need for active participation to ensure a resounding victory for the BJP in the upcoming elections.

Dwivedi received a grand welcome at Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, where party officials, representatives, and a large number of workers greeted him. Enthusiastic supporters showered him with flowers and garlands from the airport to the BJP’s state headquarters.

At the state headquarters, both Harish Dwivedi and National Minister Sangeeta Yadav were honored. The event was attended by BJP State President and Minister of State for Finance Pankaj Chaudhary, State General Secretary (Organization) Dharmapal Singh, and State Minister (Independent Charge) Daya Shankar Singh, along with numerous party officials and representatives.

Addressing the workers, Dwivedi stated that he would fulfill the new responsibilities entrusted to him with dedication and commitment, guided by the blessings of the workers and the party leadership. He reiterated the BJP’s resolve to transform India into a developed nation by 2047 under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, urging every party worker to contribute wholeheartedly to this mission.

He stressed that the dream of a developed India can only be realized if Uttar Pradesh progresses. Under Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath’s leadership, law and order have improved, and development has gained momentum. He called on workers to actively engage at the booth level to secure a decisive victory for the BJP in the 2027 assembly elections.

Dwivedi, who comes from a grassroots background, has been associated with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and the ideological family for a long time. He expressed gratitude for the affection and support he has received from the workers in Uttar Pradesh. He highlighted the significant changes in the country’s direction and development since 2014 under Modi’s leadership, noting the benefits of various welfare schemes reaching the underprivileged.

The National General Secretary accused certain foreign powers and anti-national elements of resisting India’s growing strength and reputation. He urged workers to remain vigilant against attempts to divide society along caste, regional, and linguistic lines.

He called on them to respond democratically and ideologically to such conspiracies, affirming that the workers are paramount to him. He has always stood alongside them in every struggle. Dwivedi expressed his gratitude for the warmth and respect he received upon his arrival in Lucknow.

National Minister Sangeeta Yadav remarked that in the BJP, even an ordinary worker can achieve significant responsibilities through hard work, dedication, and commitment to the organization. She pledged to fulfill her duties with integrity and commitment, emphasizing that the strength of the party lies in its workers.

She encouraged workers to disseminate the national leadership’s campaigns and programs to the masses and to further strengthen the organization at the booth level.

State President Pankaj Chaudhary welcomed both leaders, stating that the BJP is a party of workers where even an ordinary member can rise to the highest responsibilities through hard work and organizational capability. He noted Dwivedi’s extensive experience with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad and his ability to strengthen the organization during challenging times.

Chaudhary also highlighted Dwivedi’s organizational experience in Assam and Bihar. He expressed pride in the appointment of two experienced and diligent workers from Uttar Pradesh to significant national roles. He affirmed that the BJP aims for another resounding victory in the 2027 assembly elections, backed by the guidance of national leadership and the strength of dedicated workers. He viewed the welcome from the airport to the state headquarters as a testament to the trust and enthusiasm of the workers.
