New Delhi, June 15: Chief Ministers from BJP-ruled states and party leaders have expressed their joy as the NDA government marks 12 years under Prime Minister Narendra Modi. They highlighted that during this period, the aspirations and dreams of the middle class have taken flight.
The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh stated on X, “Under the successful leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the dreams and aspirations of India’s middle class have soared over the past 12 years. Initiatives like income tax relief, Ayushman Bharat for health security, and the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana for home ownership have made life simpler, safer, and more dignified for the middle class. Today, a empowered middle class has become the driving force behind the journey towards a developed India and a strong foundation for an Atmanirbhar Bharat.”
Rajasthan’s Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma echoed similar sentiments on X, stating, “Over the past 12 years under Prime Minister Modi, unprecedented work has been done to simplify and enrich the lives of the middle class. Tax relief, improved housing, modern infrastructure, quality healthcare, and digital facilities have empowered the middle class with new strength and opportunities. These welfare policies have significantly enhanced their quality of life, making a robust and self-reliant middle class the backbone of a developed India.”
Haryana’s Chief Minister Nayab Saini remarked on X, “In the last 12 years, extensive changes have been made to empower India’s middle class with economic security, better facilities, and new opportunities. Under Prime Minister Modi‘s leadership, initiatives like income tax relief, GST transparency, and the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana have made basic life necessities accessible. The Digital India and UPI revolution have simplified transactions. Today, the empowered middle class is not just consumers but a major driving force of India’s economy, playing a crucial role in advancing the vision of an Atmanirbhar Bharat and a developed India.”
Madhya Pradesh’s Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav posted on X, “Under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the middle class in India has become remarkably empowered, prosperous, and confident over the past 12 years. Policy initiatives focused on ease of living and quality of life, along with the digital revolution, have decisively simplified and empowered the lives of the middle class. Today, the middle class is not just consumers but key partners in the nation’s development.”
Bihar’s Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary wrote on X, “Twelve years of trust, development, and welfare. With a strong middle class and a commitment to a bright future for every family, Narendra Modi has consistently prioritized public service. This journey of development, fueled by the trust and participation of citizens, continues to reach new heights.”
Gujarat’s Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel noted on X, “Over the past 12 years, Prime Minister Modi’s policies have provided the middle class with unprecedented dignity and economic strength. Significant tax relief, digital governance, and ease of doing business have made life easier. Initiatives like Vande Bharat, Namo Bharat, and the metro network have modernized the travel experience for the middle class. This middle class, moving towards self-reliance, is writing the success story of a new India.”
Senior BJP leader and MP Ravi Shankar Prasad shared on X, “On the occasion of completing ‘12 Golden Years of Trust, Development, and Welfare’ under the skilled leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, prayers were offered at the renowned Hanuman Temple in Rajvanshi Nagar, part of the Digha assembly constituency.
