
Gaya, June 15: Following disputes at two coaching centers, the Bihar government has announced a new policy for coaching institutions. Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary stated on Monday in Gaya that the goal is to create a system that leads to the closure of all coaching centers.
During the event, Chief Minister Chaudhary and Union Minister for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Jitan Ram Manjhi jointly inaugurated the Technology Center in Khijarsarai, Gaya, by pressing a remote button and performing a ground-breaking ceremony. They also laid the foundation for the widening and strengthening of the road from the 20th kilometer of the Gaya-Islampur-Khijarsarai route to the Technology Center in Devgaon.
In his address, the Chief Minister emphasized the importance of collective progress, stating that degree colleges are being established in 211 blocks. Model schools will be opened in every block, offering quality education that will attract children of leaders and officials. He expressed that this would fulfill his dream.
Chaudhary noted that the number of MSMEs in Bihar has surged from 600,000 in 2022 to over 4.6 million now, providing direct employment to 1.87 million people. He claimed that Bihar is the state with the cheapest and most uninterrupted electricity supply in the country, providing consumers with ₹23,000 crore in electricity subsidies and offering 125 units of free electricity to all.
He also announced plans to free the Falgu River from the curse of Mata Sita, stating that water from the Indrapuri reservoir, Son River, and Bansagar agreement will be brought to the Falgu River. The state government will allocate 40 acres of land for the construction of an international stadium in Khijarsarai.
CM Samrat Chaudhary emphasized the responsibility of serving 140 million Biharis, who are contributing to the country’s progress in various roles across different sectors. He expressed the vision of creating a system that encourages Biharis to return to Bihar and contribute to its beauty and prosperity. He mentioned the groundbreaking of a technology center costing ₹1.7 billion, which will be complemented by the construction of a road and stadium nearby.
