Lucknow, August 8: The national president of the Samajwadi Party, Akhilesh Yadav, has indirectly targeted Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He referenced the alleged mistreatment and inappropriate language used towards a grieving mother who lost her child in the Lucknow fire incident. Akhilesh remarked, “It is futile to expect civilized language and good behavior from such individuals.”
He emphasized that the public is not in a forgiving mood towards these individuals, concluding with a simple, “Goodbye!”
In a post on the social media platform ‘X’, Akhilesh stated, “Everyone forgives the insensible!” He continued, “Those who can openly disrespect and mistreat a grieving mother on camera, cannot be expected to speak or behave with decency.”
The SP leader further noted, “A person should respect not only themselves but also the positions they hold or will soon return to. He added, “The goddess of speech resides in one’s words; they show no respect for mothers in either realm. Both their worlds are in disarray.”
Akhilesh concluded, “We have forgiven them from the heart because they are under someone else’s influence. What grievances or complaints can we have against those who are leaving?” He reiterated that the public is not inclined to forgive them, ending with, “Goodbye.”
