Mumbai, September 2: Actor Upendra Chauhan is set to appear in Meghna Gulzar’s upcoming investigative thriller film ‘Daira.’ The film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Prithviraj Sukumaran in lead roles. Upendra recently shared intriguing insights about his character and his collaboration with Kareena in the film.
Discussing the film, Upendra Chauhan stated, “The story will showcase two different aspects of the investigation. On one side is Prithviraj Sukumaran’s team, while on the other, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s team strives to uncover the truth and achieve justice. In the film, Kareena’s character recruits me to form a team for the investigation.”
He added, “My character plays a crucial role in the case investigation. The primary objective of Kareena’s team is to assess the validity and reliability of the investigation conducted by Prithviraj Sukumaran’s character and his team. My role brings a unique perspective to the story, allowing the audience to understand another side of the case.”
