Preity Zinta Resumes Workouts After Shoulder Injury During Vibe Shoot

Mumbai, September 2: Actress Preity Zinta has returned to her workout routine after suffering a shoulder injury while filming her upcoming comedy movie, ‘Vibe.’

Zinta shared that being unable to exercise due to her injury was quite challenging for her. However, she is now gradually getting back on track.

The ‘Veer-Zaara’ star expressed, “For someone who has spent most of their life working out, not being able to hit the gym or exercise due to a recent shoulder injury has been very frustrating. I injured my shoulder while shooting for ‘Vibe,’ and since then, moving my arm and shoulder has been quite difficult. After a long day at work, I finally managed to put some weight on my shoulder and do some stretching.”

Preity emphasized that health is a person’s greatest asset and that it is essential to keep trying.

She added, “Even if my form isn’t perfect, it feels great to start again. If any of you are feeling down because your body is struggling with an injury or a lack of motivation, remember that everything depends on consistent effort. You just need to take small steps, one day at a time, and soon you will be fit and strong again. True wealth isn’t the money you earn, but how healthy you are. Health is wealth, my friends, so don’t give up, stay positive, and remain strong. Sending love to all, Ting!”

As for ‘Vibe,’ it is written and directed by Kunal Kemmu, who will also star alongside Sparsh Srivastava in the main cast.

Produced under the banner of Drongo Films by Kunal Kemmu and Chirag Nihalani, ‘Vibe’ is expected to release on September 18 of this year.
