Mumbai, May 22: Popular Punjabi actress and singer Shehnaaz Gill remains highly active on social media, frequently sharing glimpses of her special moments. On Friday, she posted a captivating video.
In the video shared on Instagram, Shehnaaz can be seen dancing to the trending song ‘Sheesha.’ She joyfully grooves with her team, perfectly syncing with the lyrics, much to the delight of her fans.
Alongside the video, she wrote, “My heart belongs to me. Shehnaaz Gill.”
The trending song ‘Sheesha’ features the impressive vocals of Mitta Roar and Swara Verma, with lyrics penned by Mitta Roar himself. This romantic track has gained immense popularity among youth, especially on social media reels. Initially, only the audio was released, but later, the song was filmed featuring popular contestants from MTV’s reality show Splitsvilla 16, Saurav Bedi and Niharika Tiwari, with the video released subsequently.
During an event in Pune, Saurav performed the song in such a way that many on social media believed he was the original singer. However, he later went live on Instagram with Mitta Roar to clarify the truth to his fans. Meanwhile, Niharika and Saurav received a lot of love from audiences, which led to their appearance in the music video.
Additionally, ‘Sheesha’ was also released in a Rajasthani style, sung by Sonu Kanwar, which was well-received by viewers.
As for Shehnaaz, she was last seen in the film ‘Ikki Kudi,’ where she played a double role as a young grandmother and the present-day Simmi, earning much affection from the audience.
