Mumbai, May 23: In today’s social media era, even a minor slip can quickly go viral. This often impacts prominent personalities significantly. Recently, actor and politician Ravi Kishan experienced this firsthand. During a media interaction at the trailer launch of his film “Maa Bahan,” he addressed the memes that emerged after he misspoke.
Ravi Kishan expressed his bewilderment over what makes him go viral online. He stated, “I genuinely have no idea why I become a trending topic. Just recently, I mistakenly said ‘Home from Work’ instead of ‘Work from Home.’ Before that, while heading to Parliament, I mixed up ‘The Late’ with ‘Quickly The Late.’”
He continued, “After all, I am only human. Mistakes happen, and they likely will continue to happen. Why do people view me as if I am not human or from another world?”
A few days ago, Kishan became a sensation when he mistakenly referred to ‘Work from Home’ as ‘Home from Work’ while discussing fuel-saving measures and public transport awareness. This slip led to a flood of memes on social media, with users comparing it to his previous viral phrase, ‘Quickly The Late.’
Kishan noted that many people frequently ask him how he manages to go viral. He remarked, “I want to reiterate that I truly have no clue, but this film will definitely go viral.”
