Jaipur, October 6 (Daily Kiran) : The Rajasthan State Election Commission has announced changes to the schedule for the Panchayat elections, citing religious sentiments and public concerns related to the festival of Dhanteras. The voting dates for the first three phases have been moved one day earlier to avoid clashes with the festivities.
