Rajasthan NEET Paper Leak: Father Paid 10 Lakhs, Son Scored Only 107 Marks

Jaipur, May 16: The investigation into the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2026 paper leak has taken a significant turn. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has revealed new details about this alleged racket.

According to investigators, the accused, Dinesh Bival, reportedly paid around 10 lakhs to obtain the leaked question paper for his son, Rishi Bival. Despite having access to the paper beforehand, Rishi allegedly managed to answer only 107 questions in the exam.

The situation escalated further when Rishi Bival’s academic marksheet surfaced online, indicating that he had passed the exam with the help of grace marks. Sources connected to the investigation stated that Dinesh Bival admitted during questioning that he had acquired the leaked exam paper for his son.

Investigators claim that this deal involved a payment of approximately 10 lakhs, yet the expected results were not achieved. This revelation marks one of the first major disclosures in the ongoing nationwide examination scam investigation by the CBI.

Dinesh Bival had previously made headlines in 2025 by posting on social media that five of his family members had successfully passed the NEET. Investigative agencies are now probing whether irregularities occurred during that examination cycle as well.

The CBI suspects that leaked documents were also used to secure admissions during that period. They believe this operation is part of a larger organized network spanning multiple states.

According to investigators, the leaked documents and related PDF files were allegedly circulated through Telegram and WhatsApp groups, utilizing a network of agents and intermediaries. Authorities have also identified a flat in Sikar, which was reportedly used as a coordination center for distributing documents and managing communication with candidates.

Investigators noted that some members of the network acted as couriers, delivering the leaked materials to candidates. Dinesh Bival and some family members are suspected of being involved in this role.
