Rajasthan Minister Responds to Kulgam Terror Attack: Strict Action Against Terrorism Promised

Jaipur, August 1: Rajasthan’s Minister of State for Home, Jawahar Singh Bedham, has reacted to the recent terrorist attack in Kulgam, Jammu and Kashmir. He stated that the government will not tolerate terrorism at any cost.

Following the murder of two migrant workers in Kulgam, Minister Bedham said, “We have received information about the incident. Those attempting to spread terror will face strict action from our security agencies and forces. As you have seen before, if any organization claims responsibility for this attack, our government will take stringent measures against them. I assure you that there will be no compromise on the country’s security.”

Targeting the ongoing infighting within the Rajasthan Congress, Jawahar Singh Bedham remarked, “The internal conflict in Congress has now reached its peak. State President Govind Singh Dotasra’s statement reflects arrogance. His claim that ‘I do not need a certificate from anyone’ is not a good sign for any political organization. It shows a lack of discipline and values.”

He added, “Congress members will go to any lengths for their self-interest. Their statements make this clear. Their internal disputes are the primary reason for their downfall.”

This statement comes after Rajasthan Congress President Govind Singh Dotasra recently said at an event in Jaipur, “Rahul Gandhi told me that Dotasra and Julie are doing excellent work. I do not need a certificate from anyone. When my leaders say this, it is enough for me.”

Following Dotasra’s remarks, the Congress party has seen a surge in internal criticism, with the BJP labeling it a sign of Congress’s weakness.
