The event celebrated significant contributions to Indian cinema, including the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award, presented to renowned actor Anant Nag for his remarkable work.
In her address, President Murmu congratulated all award winners, praising their exceptional talent and dedication. She expressed her delight in recognizing Anant Nag, noting that his performances harmonize the best elements of theater and cinema.
