PM Modi Thanks Well-Wishers on His Birthday, Calls for Continued Efforts Towards Developed India

New Delhi, September 17 (Daily Kiran) : Prime Minister Narendra Modi received numerous birthday wishes from around the world on September 17. In response, he took to social media to express his gratitude and encouraged everyone to contribute to the vision of a ‘Developed India.’

Celebrating his 76th birthday, PM Modi also marked 25 years of service in a constitutional role. The National Democratic Alliance (NDA) initiated a ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan’ across the country, where citizens lit ‘diyas’ (lamps) to honor his contributions.

In a heartfelt post on the platform X, PM Modi thanked everyone for their warm wishes and blessings. He expressed appreciation for each word of love, stating that it inspires him to serve the people with renewed vigor.

He commended those engaged in service activities throughout the day, emphasizing the importance of collective efforts in building a ‘Developed India.’

World leaders and heads of international organizations also extended their greetings to PM Modi on this occasion. He acknowledged the well-wishes from leaders such as the Prime Ministers of Dominica, Italy, and Bhutan, as well as Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, the Director-General of the World Health Organization.

Responding to Dominica’s Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit, PM Modi expressed gratitude for the warm wishes and reaffirmed the significance of India’s close friendship with Dominica.

In his thanks to Italy’s Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, PM Modi expressed his eagerness to strengthen the special strategic partnership between India and Italy.

Regarding Bhutan’s Prime Minister Shering Tobgay, he appreciated the heartfelt words and sentiments conveyed.

Finally, in a message to Dr. Tedros, PM Modi expressed his pleasure in meeting him during the BRICS leaders’ summit and reiterated the commitment to continue collaboration in various fields, including global health.
