OnePlus India Expands After-Sales Services to Enhance Consumer Experience

Mumbai, April 1: OnePlus India has made a significant move to enhance consumer satisfaction. The company, which has faced challenges in expanding its market presence in India, is taking steps to win over customers and simplify their experience. Recently, OnePlus announced a 50% expansion of its after-sales infrastructure, effective from April 2026. This initiative will allow OnePlus users to enjoy premium service experiences through OPPO’s established service network.

The number of OnePlus authorized service centers will increase from 400 to 600, making services available in over 500 cities across the country, including Tier-2 and Tier-3 markets. Customers will benefit from access to genuine spare parts from OnePlus.

In addition, OnePlus is set to launch the OnePlus Nord 6 in India on April 7, 2026. This new device will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series chip and a robust 9000mAh battery.

OnePlus India stated, “By returning to its roots, OnePlus will deepen its engagement with its core community of tech enthusiasts and digital-first consumers, while providing greater value through competitive pricing and a focused approach to innovation tailored for the Indian market.”
