NTA Issues Notice to Eduquity Career Technologies Over AIAPGET Irregularities

New Delhi, August 22: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a show-cause notice to Eduquity Career Technologies Private Limited due to irregularities during the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) held at a center in Jaipur. The NTA clarified via a post on the social media platform ‘X’ that Eduquity’s empanelment has been suspended with immediate effect until a decision on the notice is made.

On Saturday, the NTA conducted the AIAPGET across 200 designated centers nationwide. A total of 36,979 candidates successfully registered for the first shift of the exam, with 35,788 completing it. However, at the Shri Satya Sai PG College center in Jaipur, 49 candidates were unable to finish their exam due to a power outage affecting 192 candidates present.

The NTA’s post on ‘X’ stated, “The AIAPGET exam was conducted on August 22, 2026, for 36,979 registered candidates, with 35,837 participating across 200 centers. Out of these, 35,788 candidates completed their exams. However, at the Shri Satya Sai PG College center in Jaipur, 49 candidates could not finish their exams due to a power failure.”

The NTA further explained that the issue arose due to the organizing agency, Eduquity Career Technologies Private Limited. The NTA expressed regret for the inconvenience caused to the candidates who could not complete their exams. A retake for these candidates is scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 10 AM at the Rajasthan College of Engineering for Women in Jaipur.
