Noida, April 15: The Gautam Buddh Nagar district administration is actively working to maintain industrial peace and harmony in Noida. In this effort, the District Magistrate conducted an on-site inspection at Richako Exports Private Limited in Sector 84 on Wednesday, engaging directly with the workers present.
During the inspection, District Magistrate Medha Roopam gathered detailed information about the working conditions, facilities, and issues faced by the workers. She informed them about significant recent decisions made by the Uttar Pradesh government, particularly regarding salary increases, bonuses, workplace safety measures, and other welfare schemes.
The District Magistrate emphasized that the government’s primary objective is to improve the living standards of workers and provide them with a safe and conducive working environment. Senior officials from the company were also present during this interaction.
She issued strict instructions to the management to fully comply with all guidelines set by the government. The DM stated that any negligence regarding the safety, health, and facilities for workers would not be tolerated.
