Noida, April 15: The district administration in Gautam Buddh Nagar is actively working to maintain industrial peace and harmony in Noida. In this regard, the District Magistrate conducted an on-site inspection at Richako Exports Private Limited in Sector 84 on Wednesday, engaging directly with the workers present.
During the inspection, District Magistrate Medha Roopam gathered detailed information about the working conditions, facilities, and issues faced by the workers. She informed them about significant recent decisions made by the Uttar Pradesh government, particularly regarding salary increases, bonuses, workplace safety measures, and other welfare schemes.
The District Magistrate emphasized that the government’s primary goal is to enhance the living standards of workers and provide them with a safe and conducive work environment. Senior officials from the company were also present during this engagement.
She issued strict instructions to the management to fully comply with all guidelines set by the government. The DM stated that any negligence regarding the safety, health, and facilities of workers would not be tolerated.
Special attention was given to female workers, with the District Magistrate listening to their concerns seriously. She assured them that the safety and dignity of female employees are top priorities for the administration, and necessary steps are being taken in this regard.
Meanwhile, the workers expressed satisfaction with the salary hike and other welfare decisions made by the government, also extending their gratitude to the Chief Minister for these initiatives.
