New Delhi, August 3: The National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) has issued an official notification inviting applications for 100 Associate positions across various states and union territories where NHIDCL operates. These positions are entirely on a contractual basis.
The recruitment drive includes 10 positions in Assam, 10 in Arunachal Pradesh, 5 in Jammu (Jammu and Kashmir), 5 in Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), 10 in Manipur, 10 in Meghalaya, 8 in Mizoram, 5 in Nagaland, 5 in Sikkim, 10 in Tripura, 5 in Uttarakhand, 2 in Ladakh, 8 in West Bengal, and 7 in the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The online application process commenced on July 8 and will close on August 5 at 5 PM. Eligible candidates wishing to apply can submit their registration forms on the official NHIDCL website before the deadline.
Candidates must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from IITs, NITs, or other institutions that were ranked in the top 100 in the engineering category of the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) in the year of graduation or the preceding year.
The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 30 years, calculated as of July 6. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government norms.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on academic qualifications, experience, and skills, followed by shortlisting and a personal interview. The selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹70,000 to ₹80,000.
Initially, the recruitment will be for a fixed term of two years, which can be extended for one additional year at a time, up to a maximum of three years.
