Mohsin Raza Critiques Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav, Says Gen Z Understands Who Stands With Them

Lucknow, August 10: BJP leader Mohsin Raza responded to a statement made by BSP leader Akash Anand, who referred to Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and SP chief Akhilesh Yadav as “uncles.”

In an interview, Raza stated, “Gen Z understands everything now. The youth and future generations know who stands with them and who is against them. That’s why they called them ‘uncles.’ You truly are uncles now. You cannot work for the country’s interest. Sit aside like an uncle. If you want to work for the nation, look at our Prime Minister, who listens to everyone and engages in discussions.”

Raza also commented on the actions taken during student protests in Ranchi, claiming that wherever Congress-supported governments exist, students and the public are treated like during an emergency. He noted, “Peaceful student protests faced baton charges and tear gas. This reminds us of the Emergency. The youth and common people will never forgive Congress.”

Regarding the student protests at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar, Raza said, “Absolutely, the BJP always believes that the house is for discussion. The whole country knows that Congress runs away. Congress has misled the public on the Jantar Mantar issue, and the BJP will expose this. It would have been better if Congress participated in this discussion, but they don’t even want to be in the house.”

In response to Akhilesh Yadav’s plans to hold a youth conference in Saharanpur to engage Gen Z, Raza remarked, “When they were young, they walked together in 2017, but the public rejected them. Now, whatever movement they initiate, everyone believes they will speak against us and for their own interests, not for the country’s benefit.”
