Modi Set to Make History on June 10 as Indias Longest-Serving Prime Minister

New Delhi, June 7: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is poised to become the longest-serving Prime Minister in India’s history on June 10. This milestone will surpass the record previously held by Jawaharlal Nehru. BJP leaders have praised Modi’s dedication and developmental initiatives for the nation.

BJP national spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala stated, “The people of India have placed immense trust in Narendra Modi, who comes from a humble background without any political family legacy. On June 10, he will become the longest-serving elected Prime Minister, breaking Nehru’s record.”

He emphasized that over the past 9,000 days, whether as Chief Minister or Prime Minister, Modi has not taken a single day off, dedicating every moment to public service.

BJP MP Manan Kumar Mishra expressed pride in this achievement, saying, “It is a matter of great pride and honor for our country that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has become the leader with the longest tenure. The focus is no longer on how long he will serve, but on the goal of making India a global leader and the most developed nation by 2047. The entire country is moving forward under his leadership to fulfill the dreams and resolutions of the Prime Minister.”

BJP legislator Ram Kadam highlighted the developmental progress during Modi’s tenure. He noted, “When Modi took charge in May 2014, India’s economy ranked 11th in the world. Gradually, India has now become the fourth-largest economic power. Today, electricity has reached every village, and roads have connected rural areas. Toilets have been built in homes where people once defecated in the open.”

He added that clean drinking water has been provided, and electricity has expanded nationwide. Under the BJP’s governance, the mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas’ has propelled the country to new heights.
