New Delhi: Ahead of the upcoming board examinations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi once again connected with students through the annual ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ programme. On Tuesday, the official ‘MyGov India’ social media platform shared a brief 1.57-minute video highlighting the interaction.
The post on the social media platform X noted that the Prime Minister held direct conversations with students not only from Delhi but also from Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Raipur (Chhattisgarh), Devmogra (Gujarat), and Guwahati (Assam). This initiative brought together voices from across the eastern, western, northern, southern, and central regions of India on a common platform.
According to the post, over 45 million participants registered for this edition of ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’, while an additional 22.6 million actively took part in various related activities. In total, the programme saw engagement from more than 67.6 million people this year.
The short video shows Prime Minister Modi sharing light moments and serious discussions with students. One student expressed her surprise and joy, saying she never imagined meeting the Prime Minister in person.
Students asked a range of questions covering topics such as chasing dreams, motivation, discipline, and self-confidence. The Prime Minister advised students that developing the habit of writing is the best preparation for exams. He said, “Consider what you have studied as a kind of storage. No one knows everything, but everyone definitely knows something.”
Another student shared how warmly they welcomed the Prime Minister and how the conversation passed by quickly. During the interaction, a student offered tea to the Prime Minister, while another gifted him a painting, which he appreciated.
In an emotional moment, a student also sang a motivational song for the Prime Minister with lyrics encouraging perseverance and courage.
‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ is an initiative driven by Prime Minister Modi aimed at uniting students, parents, teachers, and society to create an environment that respects every child’s unique personality, encourages them, and allows them to express themselves fully. Every year, this programme helps students carry not just answers but also confidence and hope for the future.
