Rajasthan Chief Minister Criticizes Tamil Nadu Government for Corruption and Favoritism

Coimbatore, April 6: Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma launched a strong critique of the Tamil Nadu government during an event in Coimbatore on Monday. He accused the current administration of engaging in corruption and politics of favoritism.

Sharma noted that a similar attitude was observed during the previous Congress government in Rajasthan. He emphasized the need to reject such politics and work towards strengthening governance that prioritizes development.

He stated that Prime Minister Narendra Modi recognizes farmers, youth, women, and laborers as the four pillars of the nation, focusing on their holistic development. Under Modi’s leadership, the country is making rapid progress, with special attention given to the welfare of all societal segments.

While extending greetings on the 47th foundation day of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Sharma reiterated the Rajasthan government’s commitment to uplifting every section of society. He mentioned that the state is ensuring uninterrupted water and electricity supply while creating ample employment opportunities for the youth.

The Chief Minister urged the public to ensure the victory of NDA candidate Vanathi Srinivasan from Coimbatore North and called for a significant voter turnout in her favor.

During the event, he also interacted with expatriate Rajasthanis, appreciating their continued connection with their home state. Earlier in the day, Sharma visited the Perur Pateeswarar Temple in Coimbatore, where he offered prayers to Lord Shiva, seeking peace, prosperity, and happiness for the nation and Rajasthan.

Upon his arrival in Coimbatore, Sharma received a grand welcome. BJP workers and local residents honored him with garlands. The event was attended by local representatives and a large number of expatriate Rajasthanis.
