Major Conspiracy to Prevent Womens Empowerment, Claims BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal

New Delhi, April 18: After the failure to pass the Women’s Reservation Amendment Bill (131st Amendment of the Constitution) in the Lok Sabha, BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal made serious allegations against opposition parties. He stated that the way Congress and other parties voted against this bill clearly reveals their intentions.

Khandelwal asserted that this bill was introduced to empower women, but the opposition attempted to block it. He said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented a bill in Parliament aimed at empowering women, but Congress and other opposition parties opposed it. Their anti-women mentality and the requirement of a two-thirds majority led to this situation. Congress and other opposition parties have conspired to prevent women from becoming empowered.”

He added that the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) will launch a nationwide campaign among traders, women entrepreneurs, and startups. This campaign aims to inform the public about how Congress and opposition parties have obstructed efforts to empower women.

Commenting on the rejection of the 131st Amendment Bill, BJP National Spokesperson Syed Shahnawaz Hussain stated, “Yesterday, Amit Shah completely exposed the opposition in Parliament. The opposition, which has made grand claims about supporting women, including leaders like Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi, did not stand by women.”

Hussain continued, “Whether it is Balakot, air strikes, surgical strikes, or Operation Sindoor, Rahul Gandhi has raised more questions than Pakistan on all these matters. This shows that the opposition speaks the language of Pakistan and does not represent the voice of the people. Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership, the country is continuously developing.”

The BJP spokesperson concluded, “The opposition is not even in a position to show its face to half the population of the country. There is significant anger among women towards Congress and the opposition. Their behavior in Parliament has created a situation where not a single woman supports Congress or the opposition.”
