
New Delhi, August 16: On the birth anniversary of the great freedom fighter, Queen Avantibai Lodhi, several leaders, including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, paid their respects.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath took to the social media platform ‘X’ to express, “On the birth anniversary of the embodiment of courage, valor, and sacrifice, the great freedom fighter Queen Avantibai Lodhi, I pay my humble tribute. Your supreme sacrifice for the motherland and patriotism will continue to inspire us all to remain steadfast in our duties for generations to come.”
Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta also shared her thoughts on ‘X’, stating, “On the birth anniversary of the great warrior Queen Avantibai Lodhi, who displayed remarkable courage and leadership during the 1857 freedom struggle, I bow in reverence. By igniting the flame of freedom in Rewanchal, she dedicated everything to protect our motherland. Her valor and sacrifice are a glorious chapter in India’s history of independence.”
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya wrote on social media, “I pay my heartfelt tribute to the great warrior Queen Avantibai Lodhi on her birth anniversary, a symbol of extraordinary military skill and unwavering patriotism! Her indomitable courage, skilled leadership, and supreme sacrifice for the motherland are a glorious chapter in Indian history. Her revolutionary life will continue to inspire every generation towards self-respect and national service.”
Uttar Pradesh Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’ posted on ‘X’, “On the birth anniversary of the great freedom fighter and immortal warrior Queen Avantibai Lodhi, I respectfully bow. Your dedication and sacrifice for the motherland will always be a source of inspiration for us all.”
Bihar’s Agriculture Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha also paid tribute on social media, stating, “I bow in reverence to Queen Avantibai Lodhi, who played a crucial role in the 1857 revolt against British rule, on her birth anniversary.”
