New Delhi, August 20: On the occasion of National Renewable Energy Day, several leaders extended their greetings and well-wishes. Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma took to the social media platform ‘X’ to post, “National Renewable Energy Day reminds us to adopt eco-friendly energy sources and preserve a clean environment for future generations. Let us commit to promoting the use of clean, safe, and sustainable energy on this occasion.”
The Rajasthan government also shared a message on social media stating, “Warm wishes to everyone on Renewable Energy Day. Rajasthan ranks second in the country with over 50,000 megawatts of renewable energy capacity. Let us participate in building a clean, green, and empowered Rajasthan by embracing clean energy.”
Uttar Pradesh BJP President Pankaj Chaudhary wrote on social media, “The power of the sun, the foundation of clean energy, leads India towards a green future. On ‘Renewable Energy Day’, let us pledge to adopt natural and renewable energy and contribute to environmental protection.”
Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Maurya posted on ‘X’, “Green energy, green future. Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all citizens on Renewable Energy Day.” He added that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s capable leadership, India is making rapid strides in the field of clean and renewable energy. By promoting solar and other renewable energy sources, the country is taking significant steps towards energy self-sufficiency and environmental conservation.
Maurya further stated, “Let us incorporate the increased use of renewable energy, energy conservation, and responsible behavior towards the environment into our lives to contribute to the creation of a clean, green, and self-reliant India.”
The Bihar BJP also shared a message on social media, urging everyone to pledge on Renewable Energy Day to keep the country’s atmosphere pollution-free and to utilize renewable energy sources.
Bihar government minister Vijay Kumar Sinha expressed his wishes on ‘X’, stating, “Heartfelt greetings on Renewable Energy Day. Let us all pledge to make the environment pollution-free while promoting the increased use of renewable energy sources. A clean environment and sustainable energy are the cornerstones of a developed and prosperous India.”
BJP National Vice President Lal Singh Arya posted on ‘X’, “Green energy, green future! Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all citizens on Renewable Energy Day! Under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s capable leadership, India is making rapid progress in the field of clean and renewable energy. By promoting solar and other renewable energy sources, the country is taking significant steps towards energy self-sufficiency and environmental conservation.”
Arya further encouraged, “Let us make the increased use of renewable energy, energy conservation, and responsible behavior towards the environment a part of our lives to contribute to the creation of a clean, green, and self-reliant India.”
