Mumbai, October 7 (Daily Kiran) : Kunal Kemmu, the actor and filmmaker, is known for his dedication to fitness alongside his professional commitments. On Wednesday, he showcased his fitness journey by sharing a video on Instagram, revealing that he has achieved a personal best of 33 pull-ups.
In the video, Kemmu is seen accepting a challenge from his trainer to complete 25 pull-ups. He reflected on his journey, stating that he started with just 5 to 8 repetitions. In his post, he expressed, “I was asked to do 25 pull-ups, but I ended up doing 33.”
He humorously noted that his trainer lost track of the count, and the previous video cut off at 31.5 pull-ups. Kemmu emphasized the importance of consistent effort and discipline, urging others to gradually increase their capabilities. “Success has no shortcuts, especially not in the long run. Life is not a 100-meter dash; it’s a marathon,” he advised.
Recently, Kemmu starred in the film “Vibe,” which has been well-received by audiences. The movie features Preity Zinta, who returns as the head of a spy agency, alongside Spasht Shrivastav and debutante Vanshika Dheer. Directed by Kemmu, the film revolves around two close friends, Hardik (played by Kemmu) and Bugs (Shrivastav), as they navigate a serious drug rehabilitation journey while inadvertently getting involved in a terrorist plot and the intelligence agency mission known as “Vibe.”
