Kainchi Dham, Uttarakhand, October 7 (Daily Kiran) : Actress Tanisha Mukerji recently embarked on a spiritual journey to Kainchi Dham in Uttarakhand, where she paid her respects to Baba Neem Karoli. Sharing glimpses of her experience on social media, she expressed her feelings about the visit.
On Instagram, Tanisha posted several photos from Kainchi Dham, where she was seen posing with friends at the spiritual site. Dressed in simple cream and peach traditional attire, she stood with her hands folded in prayer. Another photo captured her enjoying the serene atmosphere of Kainchi Dham at night.
Reflecting on her decision to visit, Tanisha revealed that she initially felt anxious about the crowds at Baba Neem Karoli’s ashram. She wrote, “I visited Neem Karoli Baba at Kainchi Dham. Time plays its part, and a call comes. We had seen reels from October 3rd and were a bit worried about how busy it might be. But trusting Baba, we set sail into the sea. I want to thank Kalpana from Shri Gajanan Travels, our transporter Deepak, and Pragya and Neeraj from Ensober Hotels for making our journey incredible! Everything from the ashram to Golu Devta, delicious Rajasthani food, and accommodations was magical.”
Kainchi Dham, located near Bhawali in Nainital district, is a spiritual ashram and Hanuman temple established by Baba Neem Karoli in the 1960s. The first temple was consecrated in June 1964, and every year on June 15, the ashram celebrates its foundation day with a grand fair and community feast, attracting thousands of devotees from across the country and abroad.
