Mumbai, October 7 (Daily Kiran) : Farah Khan, the renowned director and choreographer, has been active on social media, sharing nostalgic glimpses from her illustrious career. On Wednesday, she posted behind-the-scenes moments from several of her iconic films, including “Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega,” “Dil Se,” and “Om Shanti Om.”
In her Instagram post, she invited fans to identify the films based on the images she shared. “Some old glimpses. Can you guess the movie titles from the pictures? The answers are hidden in the images,” she wrote.
Khan choreographed the song “Kuch Na Kaho” from “1942: A Love Story,” featuring Anil Kapoor and Manisha Koirala, along with actors like Jackie Shroff and Danny Denzongpa. She also choreographed the famous “Chaiyya Chaiyya” song from “Dil Se,” which starred Shah Rukh Khan and Malaika Arora, filmed atop a moving train. Remarkably, she completed the choreography for this song in just four and a half days.
In “Har Dil Jo Pyar Karega,” Khan was the choreographer for all the dance sequences, showcasing her expertise in crafting memorable performances.
Khan made her directorial debut in 2004 with “Main Hoon Na” and went on to direct the blockbuster “Om Shanti Om” in 2007. She continued her successful journey with films like “Tees Maar Khan” in 2010 and “Happy New Year” in 2014. Over her career, she has choreographed over 100 songs in more than 80 films and has won a National Film Award for Best Choreography.
